Refund Policy
Our policy for subscriptions and credit pack refunds.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase or renewal if you have not significantly used Pro features during that period. After the 14-day window, the current period is non-refundable, and you may cancel to prevent future renewal.
Nova Credits
Purchased Nova Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed. Unused, unspent purchased credits do not expire. If a pack was purchased in error and no credits were consumed, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
How to Request
Submit a refund request through the Feedback Center (type: Support) with your account email and transaction details.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your provider.
Legal Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
